Dr. Valaie values his personal relationships with all of you very much. He humbly prefers to NOT treat you as a patient as to keep his professional and personal life separate. He kindly asks that you seek treatment from another practitioner for your cosmetic needs to maintain these relationships that have been cultivated over so many years. With this being said, if you still feel that you must have Dr. Valaie treat you, the following steps must be followed to set an appointment, no exceptions:

1. Please note, Dr. Valaie in a medical setting will be professional, and act in a more serious manner as we are not in the typical casual environment that you are accustomed to.

3. All payments are required prior to setting your appointment. After your payment, Dr. Valaie may or may not choose to extend a 10% discount at his discretion.
4. Dr. Valaie kindly asks that you do not approach him at parties and social gatherings with questions regarding your procedure, follow up, appointment, payment or future treatment. Maintaining HIPAA privacy and a professional relationship is of the utmost importance.
